After popping up in Brick Lane last year with ex-Noma and ex-Greenhouse chef Leonardo Pereira, husband and wife team Mohammad Paknejad and Marwa Alkhalaf are now finally ready to open Nutshell properly. Now ex-Palomar chef Jeremy Borrow is heading up the kitchen, where he’ll serve modern Iranian food.

The menu will take inspiration from all regions of Iran and will go beyond the kabab, with dishes like tahdig, joosh pareh (beef dumplings in a chickpea and sour cherry broth) and other stews. We’re keeping an eye on this one so check back for more info on the food.
